Boxing is our niche; our coaches having over 40 years of experience in the boxing/competition industry. Over the years our team of boxers have claimed numerous state, national and golden glove titles.
We offer 3 progressive levels of Boxing classes, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT Circuits and additional specility classes. All of our classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced trainers, who are looking forward to upskilling you while you're having fun learning something new.
Everyone is welcome to join in our classes, no experience is necessary and you dont need to be fit before you start with us.
Our specilty class; Boxing is accessible to all levels of fitness and cover a variety of the different aspects of the style of boxing.
Each session is totally different to the previous which allows you to enjoy multiple workouts each week. Our main emphasis of these classes are for you learn the foundations of boxing. You will learn the correct stance and an arrange of punching combinations to the set you on your way to punching holes in your goals. No experience is neccessary for these classes.
Boxing class with the focus of partner work drills working towards the introduction into sparring with other members
This class is more contact-based than the usual Boxing session.

In this class you have the ability to work with our qualified boxing trainers and learn the secrets behind it all. Learn all of the moves step by step in a controlled and friendly environment.
These sessions have been designed to help next generation of kids enjoy a more healthy and active life.
Teaching many princibles of boxing at a young age have benefited many of our members children in the past. Learning the style of boxing is not only great for your childs fitness and wellbeing; however teachs them alot about discipline and control. Suitable for ages yrs 10-14yrs
Punch & HIIT (High intensity interval training) Is typically a 50/50 class where half of the session will be boxing related workouts the other in a circuit format.
Punch & HIIT incorporates repeated bouts of short high-intensity exercise intervals, intersected by small periods of active recovery. It is one of the most effective methods to achieve fat loss, improve endurance, increase sports specific explosiveness and strengthen core muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels, a great class for those looking to get back into working out and/or increase overall fitness.
LIFT Strength & Conditiong classes have been designed for those wanting to better their strength and conditioning.

This class is beneficial for anyone who has/or had back, knee, hip ailments or would like to focus on your structural balance.
Lower intensity class, focusing on education and understanding the combination of how these areas work together.
Bag Buster is designed around 12 x 3min rounds with nothing short of sweat poring, hard work, high intensity bag work consisting of combinations, skills and workout drills rounds back to back from start to finish.
